1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to and participate in the Kyner's Auto Sales Inc. text messaging program. By signing up, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are the account holder or have authorization to use the mobile number provided.

2. Program description

When you opt in to the Kyner's Auto Sales Inc. text messaging program, you will receive recurring informational and promotional text messages, including appointment confirmations and reminders, vehicle availability and sales follow-up, financing and trade-in updates, service reminders, and occasional offers, sent to the mobile number you provided (including via an automatic telephone dialing system). Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and our promotions.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Kyner's Auto Sales Inc. does not charge for the messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.

5. Opt-out

You can cancel the text messaging program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and then no further messages will be sent, unless you opt in again.

7. Carriers and liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile service provider and is not guaranteed.
